has anyone ever skated a water gap without their board going in? i don't think i've ever seen that happen. it's like, if you skate it long enough, it's going to happen.

Usually the millions of pictures posted on this site of the same shit ie:kids standing around with their skateboards is totally unnecessary but whatever i check it out anyway but this by far is the best most helpful photo sequence ever posted and I'm glad I got to see the process of doin that gap. Fantastic.

Our mission is to post something every day. But when you are out on a photo or video mission the last thing you want to do is give away the trick or ruin the photos that will appear in a magazine or future video, so what you get is the "In Between." Usually people standing around.

hellatailslides either is like 12 years old or doesn't know dick 'bout skateboardin' internets
Posted By: Jgonzalez on December 24th, 2009 at 11:12AM PST
Hellatailslides has a valid point, yet it may not appeal to you or I.

Unfortunately, I love seeing what goes on "in between", ya' know?
I love seeing the stupid shit posted on this site, because it shows how the skaters are, what they're latest news is, & they promote every one of their riders, like a family.

That's why I like this site.

your are right Jacob, its like the times when internet was super difficult to have , and we were only sticked to skate magazines with interviews and adds and waiting allot to see a video part, wondering all the time about the pros we fallow, this daily posts give us ideas about their life's are going on instead of starting rumors about that pro doing this stuff, or getting arrested in this sertain city in a unknown demo in unknown month, drunk? or stoned? with this hair style? or other hair style? ahaha, i think a give right my idea, and i like allot to wake up and check toy machines page before checking the berrics.

and who asked my age, Im 21 , i turn 22 on april !, and i'v been skating since 98 !!

Nice gap but where in SD was the tree root thing?
Posted By: Zachary Stew on December 24th, 2009 at 12:05PM PST
i kinda look back on the days of dial up internet aldo di bella said , one had to wait longer to see some skateboarding. And it was better that way. You relish it much more. Now We have so much of it everyday on a silver platter. It gets burnt.
Posted By: the dude on December 24th, 2009 at 12:07PM PST
if that tree root is really a tree root, its shweeeet.

I like this website and I especially enjoy seeing set up/preparation photos like this. I can't wait for the videos to come out so I can be all obnoxious and say stuff like "OH YEAH, WELL SEE, I TOTALLY KNOW ABOUT THIS AND SEE WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW IS THAT HE TRIED IT 6 TIMES AND FELL ON HIS KNEE BUT NOW HE DID IT FAKIE, AND SEE YOU CAN'T EVEN APPRECIATE THIS VIDEO LIKE I CAN."
Posted By: Hemlock Drew on December 25th, 2009 at 08:17AM PST
We do this site for the people who come to it and thus, create a demand. If you liked skating better before you got to see all that goes on before and after a trick, feel free to unplug your internet and cancel your magazine subscriptions.
This is only a problem if you have a solution.

im just stating an opinion. i still enjoy all of this, its addicting and i cant help myself. so i do get a lil burnt on it. not toy machine...just all skateboard media in general. i wasnt tryin to startt up n e thing.
