Andrew Wenckstern rides for our Canada partner, Ultimate Distro. He got this sweet check out in that funny King Shit magazine that former F team rider Dave Carnie works for.
So I was driving to the HQ in downtown SD (proper!) and these skate type dude were all gathered up across the street at Farmers Market gap. I pulled up and said, "Hey you kids, you can't be doing that there. No skateboarding here." Mike "The Burn" Burnett from Thrasher was the ring leader on hand. He looked over at me and said, "Nothing of your interest here old man. Move along." Ha. That Burn is too funny. I went and sat on the HQ front steps and had my lunch while I watched Tommy do his attempts on this FS-flip.
Around the same time I was talking to Barker and he told me a story that Tommy used to come and talk to former F TM, Josh Beagle, to try and get on the team. Josh was all let's see your footy Tommy and Tommy said something to the effect of that he doesn't need the footy and he took Beags over to this gap and shredded it live for him. I guess Beags was not impressed.
Stoked to see this cover of Tommy come out. That spot is directly across the street from the F HQ. And I watched them shoot it. And now here it is. Kick ass Tommy. Sorry Beagle dissed you.
Spacecraft sponsorship?!?! WTF! Yes, believe it for not, I, Tod Swank, got sponsored by Spacecraft Collective. Seriously, I sent them my raffle videos and told them I have long wanted to represent Spacecraft. With my personal interests in space and beyond and the ties that Foundation Super Galaxy Company has there I just had to try. I just got my first box and I am siked. From Aaron at Spacecraft, "Right on! I was just waiting if it had reached you yet to get back to you. You are officially sponsored. We are not really sure what we are sponsoring you for but – hit me up with the link once you get it up on the blog. Everyone here will be stoked!" -Aaron Ross Manganaro US Sales Manager -Spacecraft

Kevin wishes he was filming this trick. It's like the designers took a photo of a kid on a trampoline and then added a board next to him - SKATEBOARDING! Or maybe there is a kid who can do no handed bennihanas out there...
Posted March 22nd, 2011 by Sasha Grey is rumored to want to bone Leo Romero.

From the vaults of corporate headquarters comes a never-before-seen reel of Ed Templeton and former teammates Brian Anderson, Mike Maldonado and Chris Senn shredding a demo in Lawrence, Kansas 1999. Keep sharp for the guest appearance by Dennis Busenitz. Filmed by Kevin Barnett on his second tape...ever.
What is it? It's Thrashers Skate Soup section. See expolosive action of the killing it Foundation team ripping it up out in the Arizona heat. See Angel Ramirez, Ryan Spencer, Taylor Smith, Sierra Fellers, Abdias, Nick Merlino and Corey Duffel.
Um while the team is out there killing themselves for the new Foundation release. The old man is screwing around with the F blog and social media and minimal grafitti skils.
Morri at Irrom Distro NZ, our good partner over there, forced me to make a limited run of decks with Manual Magazine. These were made at Watson Lamiantes USA and were hand spray painted by Jim Johnson at WL. And silkscreened one color collab art on top and bottom.
I will let Morri reveal how many were made. I just picked up from Watson HQ and will besending them off to NZ this week.

It's cool when random rippers out there come by the Yeto. Dakota showed up with his friend, Jordan Hoffart (Powell, Neff, Bones, Theeve) and his new dog Dragon. Dragon is a Ewok.
Well as if you didn't know, Frank Frazetta is one of my favorite artists, ever! We got the inspiration for the Cataclysmic Abyss (www.CataclysmicAbyss.com) cover art from old Frankie! Mike Sutfin did a masterful rendition on his own right. (He did our cover art. I have the orginal and it's tiny teeny weenie!)
I was glancing through some Frazetta archive book and came across this cover he did for Blazing comics back in April 1966. I liked the lettering style so I asked, F illustrator extrodinaire, John McGuire, tod do a Foundation version for us. Ours is not a straight rip off. It's inspired and I am hyped on the end results.
We added Yuck Fou in there popping through the O giving a thumbs up. The top graphic is a full reverse and you see YF ass hanging out the back of the O.
It's called Blazing of course and comes in three sized decks and on a tee. Hot pink was the call here. Don't be a pussy!
