Deathbox Expression Session II.

It was the Death Race and it was epic! The first time anything on this scale and skill level has ever been done. It was live or die and if you made it, you had lived it. Just ask Dave Hackett about his run in with the course. A twisted out finger breaking the skin ended his run, with a hospital sesh later. Word is there was blood everywhere! Do not fret cause Dave is ok. All in all it was a good time and everyone had fun. Brian Patch took 1st, followed up by Eric Nash in 2nd and rounding up the rear was Brad Edwards in 3rd. The Tampa AM contest is now.

The Tampa AM contest is up and right around the corner. In fact the crew is on their way right now! We’ve got a whole slew of riders going to represent their respective teams. Billy Marks and Josh Harmony are going to DC for an Eastcoast destruction trip before the contest where they will meet fellow Toy Killer Nate Broussard. Out of the Foundation camp Corey Duffel, Leo Romero and Tony Silva are also going to be at the SPOT waiving their F flags high. Pig Wood Am underdog Adrian Mallory will be killing the contest with the skills and style that will easily make him a top contender. All are planning on entering the contest and showing the pros who they need to be watching out for.

Leo Romero has recently jumped on a new clothing sponsor, Korda, along with Heath Kirchart and Brian Sumner. I haven’t seen the line yet, but with a team like that, you can expect the line will be tough.

Strubing is off to Spain with his wife to meet the inlaws. He’s taking a videographer and photog to document the trip.

Daniel Shimizu couldn’t take the lazy SD lifestyle anymore, so he moved back to LA. LA is more productive for him, so he’s up in la la land filming for the rumored new F video.

Ten days of demos, demoralization and licorice pizza! First off you can find them at all 3 days of Japan's Active tradeshow on Feb 5, 6, 7. A couple of demos at local parks on the 8, 9. Then alot of street skating for the rest of the trip. You will soon be able to see the trip unfold in an upcoming Transworld and alot of Japan media, including Transworld Japan, Thrasher Japan and the ever so famous Ollie.
