Foundation Welcome..... Dan Murphy

Let's get to the point, People want to know why you made the switch to Foundation?
The economy has been effecting businesses everywhere, and this was working against my dreams. I was ready for change, I received an opportunity, and I decided to take a new direction with a company I believe in..

Wasn't your first board a Foundation?

Yeah, it was a Josh Beagle.. My mom bought it for me at Slacker's in Portsmouth, NH.. who'd a thought i'd start over where I started.

You moved back to the East Coast last month, what’s up with the sudden change of coasts?
I had to get back to my roots, my school, my family, my friends, my skate spots,  and the support that launched my career in the first place..

You live in Raleigh, NC and it’s sort of a underground hot spot right now. What are some things people don’t know about Raleigh
We got spots for days… and they're not all blown out.  I got over 200 photos of spots in my iPod within a 20 mile radius.  Not to mention, they got hospitality here, so your less often dealing with an enemy approach.  Theirs a certain amount of respect here, even kick outs are more friendly.
You can walk to Campus from your house and I hear the school has you on their wall something about you becoming a pro skateboarder?
Yeah, most big colleges keep a tab on their alumni... they like to see their students succeed in different areas, especially athletically.  I appreciate NC State for recognizing skateboarding athletically and its campus for offering a good variety of skate spots for me to learn on.

How often do you use your college degree?
I don't really pay that much attention, but i'm sure I use a bit of the acquired knowledge unconsciously daily

How's your dog Indy doing?
Indy's flyin high.. he's goin' gray, but never tired.  He ran with me during a line I filmed yesterday like it was 1999. Chill out indy!
What’s your plans for 2010.
I did wrote some new year's resolution's

Do you care to share them with the rest of the world?

4) wake up (early)
5) finish cacka spot book
6) write a will
7) rich
